Powerful and flexible X10 Pro Wall Switch is the ideal solution for controlling inductive loads, such as low voltage lighting circuits and ceiling fans.
Add luxury to your ActiveHome Pro system with this modern wireless switch.
What makes this switch unique is that in addition to dimming lights, the DIM/BRIGHT feature also lets you adjust the speed of ceiling fans and other motor-controlled devices in up to 16 steps. Now when the temperature in the room goes up (or down), you can adjust the speed of your ceiling fan from any X10 transmitter without getting up from your seat.
The most versatile wall switch made by X10! The Dimmable Wall Switch will deliver the perfect low voltage lighting wherever you use it.
- Set a romantic mood for that special person
- Control ceiling fan speed
- Dim lights and have that Cinematic experience
- Cool the room by turning on a ceiling fan remotely
The Inductive Wall Dimmer Switch is ready for three or four-way circuits. A 3-way circuit requires one Inductive Dimmer Switch and one slave switch. A 4-way circuit would require a total of two 2 slave switches. Simply add additional slave switches for 5, 6 or more way circuits. For single pole applications, just cap off the red traveler wire. Please note that you must use the PRO Series slave switches, existing 3 or 4 way mechanical switches will damage the dimmer.

Neutral wire required for inductive dimming
Compatible with X10 Pro Companion (slave) Wall Switch for 3 and 4-way circuits (XPSS)
Special Note: If your incandescent or halogen lights aren't working and dimming properly with two-wire dimmer switches, this three-wire switch will usually solve the problem. If you're planning on using this switch with electronic low-voltage transformers, we suggest you also use a in-line noise block to eliminate the noise usually generated with this combination. Magnetic transformer loads usually do not generate noise, but may generate hum with some fans or motor loads. Unfortunately, there is no way to determine whether hum will occur without actually trying it. But, if unacceptable hum occurs, use the XPS3 wall switch module to provide X10 ON/OFF control only.
Not for use with fluorescent lights.
