Bet you never realized your cell phone could provide security! We're not talking about dialing 9-1-1. Any phone can do that. We're talking about instant access to your home security system with the touch of a button on your phone!

For starters, you can now use your cell phone to arm and disarm your X10 security system. Hit arm as you walk out the door. Hit disarm as you pull in the driveway. No extra remote to carry or code to enter. What's more convenient than having it allright on your cell phone!

In the event of a home break-in or any other personal emergency, simply hit the red Panic Button on your phone screen and your security system is instantly triggered, flashing lights, sounding the siren and immediately activating the voice dialer system to call up to four preset numbers.

All Lights On/All Lights Off

Nobody likes to come home to a dark yard and house at night. With OnAlert Mobile, simply hit the All Lights On Button as you pull in the driveway to light up your home (X10 modules required). Then hit the Disarm Button to turn off your security system. No more tripping in the dark and fumbling around with your groceries trying to enter in that security code. Do it all from the safety of your car before you even enter the house. Now that's convenience!

How does it Work?

OnAlert Mobile essentially turns your cell phone into an X10 security remote. This App sends wireless commands from your phone over your home Wi-Fi network to ActiveHome or ActiveHome Pro with OnAlert on your PC. OnAlert instantly wirelessly transmits the commands to your X10 security console. Sounds a little complicated, but it's not. Leave the technical stuff to us. It all happens instantaneously as soon as you touch your cell screen.

Customizable

Since OnAlert Mobile works through ActiveHome or ActiveHome Pro, you can configure it to do exactly what you want. You can either leave the All On/All Off and Panic Buttons on the default settings. Or, you can change them up to do exactly what you want. For example, you can set the All On/All Off to turn on and off only outside lights, only inside lights, a combination of both - it's up to you! You can also set the Panic Button to trigger the alarm system and turn on or off lights as you like. Customize the settings to be right for you!

Intuitive, User-Friendly Interface

You're going to absolutely love the ease and convenience of OnAlert Mobile. This super-easy application works seamlessly with your X10 security system. The easy interface allows you to arm in Home (Motion Detectors deactivated) or Away Mode (Motion Detectors activated), you can disarm, hit the Panic Button to instantly trigger the system, and turn all the lights on or off (with additional X10 modules).

Compatibility

So what do you need to make this work? Well, for starters, you need ActiveHome or ActiveHome Pro with the OnAlert plug-in on your computer and any X10 security system. Any X10 security system will do - DS7000, DC7800, PA5800, PA9200, Pro2000. If you don't have ActiveHome or ActiveHome Pro or a X10 security system, you can add either one or both for not much more!

Distance

OnAlert Mobile works with your home Wi-Fi network. That means you should easily be able to use your cell to control your security system from anywhere in the house, out in the driveway or even up the street! Forget to arm your system when you walked out the door? Don't worry about going back inside, just do it with a touch of your phone. Easy!

Easy Set-Up

OnAlert Mobile couldn't be easier to set up on your phone. Simply go into ActiveHome or ActiveHome Pro, click on the Tools pulldown menu, select Invite a Cell Phone, type in the address, click okay and it will send the link to your phone. Open up the link on your phone, bookmark it so it shows upon your Home Screen. That's it! Just open it up for easy security system control. It shouldn't take more than five minutes!
