How does it Work?

X10 ActivePhone essentially turns your cell phone into an X10 remote that controls and dims your lights, allows you to turn appliances on and off and even turn everything on or off at once with the touch of a single button.

This App sends wireless commands from your phone over your home Wi-Fi network to ActiveHome Pro on your PC. ActiveHome Pro instantly wirelessly transmits the commands to your Transceiver (or ActiveHome Pro PC Interface - CM15A), which delivers the commands to your light/appliance modules. You can tell the modules to turn on, off, dim, or all turn on or off at once. Sounds a little complicated, but it's not. Leave the technical stuff to us. It all happens instantaneously as soon as you touch your cell screen.

Since it all works through ActiveHome Pro, you can even trigger ActiveHome Pro Macros, or Scenes. All you have to do is create the easy settings on ActiveHome Pro, and one touch on your phone screen starts the magic. For example, you can create a "Home from Work"scene. Hit a button on your phone as you pull in the driveway to light up the porch and foyer. Create a "Movie Night" scene that turns on the surround sound, dims the lights and starts the popcorn with one touch. Create a "Good Morning" scene that fades the lights on, turns on the news and starts the coffee pot. The only limit to what you can do is your imagination!
