We insure all of our items for the full purchase price. If the item you receive does not match the order you placed with us, please contact our Customer Service department for assistance. A representative will help you determine the best way to get the correct item to you as quickly as possible. Condition Related Returns: We take great care in describing the condition of our products accurately. If you receive your order and feel that the condition is not consistent with our representation, please let us know immediately (within 3 days of receipt), and we'll do our very best to make you happy. If we're unable to, just pay to ship the item(s) back, and we'll fully refund your original winning price. Items returned must be in the same condition that they were received in order to receive full credit. Items purchased in "New", "Open Box, Canceled Orders" or "Like New" condition and then used can be returned, but will receive a reduced refund value. The reduced value will be determined after our inspection of the club to determine the level of use. You will be notified of the reduced refund value after inspection and before a refund is issued. Warranty: We stand behind every item that we sell and will do everything possible to assure that you're satisfied. Return Procedure: All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA #). Please contact us by email (info@thehomeautomationstore.com) to receive your RMA # before returning an item. Upon receipt of your RMA #, please clearly write this RMA # on the outside of the box containing your return and then ship it back to us.
