Develop Your Own X10-Compatible Product or Software!

If you're experienced with sending and receiving RS232-type serial communications from your computer or from another electronic device, you can now easily develop and market your own software and/or hardware for use with X10-compatible systems! And you can do it all without having to create your own X10 compatible hardware or having to go through costly UL approval process.

Connects via RJ11 to the X-10 output of another manufacturer's device and converts signals from the device onto the powerline. The PSC05 also reports X-10 transmissions on the powerline back to the device.

This module is optically isolated and UL approved. The timing-critical nature of communication with this device requires low-level hardware programming experience. It may also require dedicated microprocessor time. Thus, it is not recommended for casual programmers.

Note: This item is for X10 send & receive applications: If your application only needs to send X10 signals but not receive them, then order the X10 One-Way Interface Module.
