This device will control your x10 appliances via a touch tone phone for control wherever you may be.  Leave a light on? Simply call in and turn that light off.  Want your lights or appliances on prior to you returning home?  Then just call and let the TouchTone contoller do that for you.

Not only does it act as an advanced remote that you can operate via the phone, but you can control units locally via this controller as well.  The top flips up to reveal on and off buttons and allow you to manually turn on and off up to 8 different modules while you are at home.
