Easy To Install
The INSTEON Keypad Dimmer Scene Lighting Starter Kit is so easy to install and set up and yet so affordable, you'll want to change all of your switches to new INSTEON-compatible switches, allowing all of your lights and appliances to benefit from your new INSTEON automated lighting system. Just remove the old switches and reattach the new switch's line, load, ground, and neutral wires using the included wire nuts, and you're almost done. Plug in the Access Points to join the phases of your existing electrical wiring to ensure INSTEON network reliability. Now you can start linking devices and setting brightness levels and ramp rates that create awesome lighting scenes like "Movie Time," "Party," "Romance," etc., that help you to enjoy the overall desired experience.

1 Black  RemoteLinc Wireless Remote Control

Handheld remote gives you wireless control of all the lights and appliances on your INSTEON netwoek up to 45 meteres from any Access Point. Xontrols 6 different scenes with up to 417 connected devices, plus dim/brighten and all on-off functions.


2 ICON Dimmer Modules
Programmable pluf-in dimmer modules let you use the remote control to select the perfect lighting intensity for any connected lamp.

Unlike other switches, the SwitchLinc and KeypadLinc Dimmers offer the natural feel of high-end switches. You'll love the crisp, tactile response with each touch instead of the mushy feeling of other brands. The SwitchLinc and KeypadLinc Dimmers are designed and manufactured to high-end specifications and go through over 10 quality control tests before arriving at your doorstep. White paddles or frames are included with each SwitchLinc or KeypadLinc, but additional paddle and trim frame colors are available and sold separately. Choose the color change kit that best suits your room's décor. Two frames or paddles are included in each color-change set. Don't forget to order matching wall plates, as well.

INSTEON Access Points

The Access Point is the most important part of the INSTEON network. Access Points create your dual-mesh INSTEON network by simultaneously transmitting and receiving INSTEON messages across both radio frequency and your home's existing electrical wiring. When used as a pair, the Access Points couple the two different electrical phases of your home's AC lines. This provides maximum reliability to ensure your message will reach its intended INSTEON device. Since each Access Point repeats INSTEON messages, the more you add to your system, the more robust and reliable your network will be. Check out the INSTEON Access Point in more detail.
